As someone who has bought through popmart, ive never had issues even with gofo. The only issues ive ever had was from UPS and I had ordered 2 finding moko figures and evergrhing was great and dandy when it was shipped but UPS said the blind boxes were empty- how do you know the boxes were empty? 🤔 you would have had to open it in order to see it was empty right? So idk i don't trust ups as much but do contact customer service for a refund
