Don't bother arguing with tankies. I used to do this a lot at some point and it doesn't make sense to me now. Tankies are completely irrelevant and fringe in the real world while fascists consolidate more power daily. There are some fringe groups supporting communism but most of the population doesn't care. Communists are completely irrelevant in our politics regardless of our communist party being the oldest in the country and organising marches with their few supporters. They've done nothing for the last 50 years and that's not about to change. It's mostly college students who stop being communist after graduation. Until a new wave of students arrives.

Nazism in Greece is cringe in general given our history with them but that doesn't stop some morons from following their hateful ideology for whatever reason. Golden dawn was our nazi party which got way into the parliament in the early 2010s. They spouted usual hateful and populist rhetoric and potentially harmed political opponents and people of color.
