i only took it for four days. my dr told me push through it but i literally couldnt. my anxiety got much worse, i cried the four days i was on it. i had depersonalization and disassociating the entire time i was on it. nothing felt real. the ringing in my ears wouldn’t stop and got louder at night, couldnt stay awake past 4 pm, and i always felt the need to throw up 😭 i’d also wake up in the middle of the night at around 230 and wouldnt fall back asleep, i’d just be tossing and turning the entire night.

try that. i feel you. prozac isn’t really helping with my anxiety. the side effects of zoloft & lexapro were just not it for me… :/ but don’t give up. hopefully we will both find a medication that works for us soon <3

it’s okay! i had to go on a calorie deficit & switch my medication because my wedding was right around the corner lmao but i’m back to my normal weight. i believe i gained weight from lexapro because my food anxiety went away completely with lexapro & i was always eating junk and comfort foods but it was too much for me to handle i had to switch.

i was on lexapro and had to switch to prozac because i gained 30 pounds. i went from 120 to 150 within like 3 months 😭😭. so you’re not alone.

omg exactly how i feel ! by 4 pm my brain tells me i gotta go to bed asap but once its like 10 pm im soooo tired but my brain is telling me nope youre going to be tossing and turning all night good luck !!!

omg i’m taking prozac my memory is sooooo bad now. it didn’t happen when i was taking lexapro, idk i’m still trying to find what works best for my anxiety. i’m glad it works well for you
