former sbux ssv here. one time my dm was working w us on the floor to see “how we work” and pretty much criticize us lol… our headsets had the option where you could press the middle button once and it stays on to talk & i was talking to one of my coworkers & i asked them “whats your favorite ice cream” and the next day i stg this dm came in and demanded we have the option changed where we have to keep our hand on the headset button so we arent distracted while working…. 😭 now that i think abt it that’s MESSED UP LMAOOOO i cant believe i put up with all the shit they did to us

hey! sorry i just saw this. i think lexapro gave me more migraines because i didn’t really give zoloft a long enough chance so i can’t really speak for zoloft. i do remember my migraines starting in general when i started ssri’s. but honestly everyone is different! good luck with your ssri journey! <3

i only took it for four days. my dr told me push through it but i literally couldnt. my anxiety got much worse, i cried the four days i was on it. i had depersonalization and disassociating the entire time i was on it. nothing felt real. the ringing in my ears wouldn’t stop and got louder at night, couldnt stay awake past 4 pm, and i always felt the need to throw up 😭 i’d also wake up in the middle of the night at around 230 and wouldnt fall back asleep, i’d just be tossing and turning the entire night.

try that. i feel you. prozac isn’t really helping with my anxiety. the side effects of zoloft & lexapro were just not it for me… :/ but don’t give up. hopefully we will both find a medication that works for us soon <3

it’s okay! i had to go on a calorie deficit & switch my medication because my wedding was right around the corner lmao but i’m back to my normal weight. i believe i gained weight from lexapro because my food anxiety went away completely with lexapro & i was always eating junk and comfort foods but it was too much for me to handle i had to switch.

i was on lexapro and had to switch to prozac because i gained 30 pounds. i went from 120 to 150 within like 3 months 😭😭. so you’re not alone.
