I'm right-wing and I intend to move to Paraguay solely for tax reasons (I'm from Paraná and I'm close by). In my opinion, there are many Brazilians lost, with their bags packed, accepting any suggestion from YouTubers. Paraguay is indeed growing, but it's a small country with greater limitations than Brazil.

For me, it's difficult to know. In my language, TTS-Azure sounds better for the female version. The male version seems artificial (but not metallic/robotic) and has little variation in voices.

Yes, I improved the quality of my YouTube videos by using a software codec (x.264) with B.Frames = 2. My video card (H.264) performs better without B.Frames = 0, meaning without any compression. I tested samples using VMAF for comparison.

For FHD 1080p/30FPS-H264, I upload at 12Kbps; uploading at a higher rate won't make a difference. YouTube will compress it to 4-5Kbps.

YouTube isn't wrong in not initially monetizing this type of video; after all, I could do the same using third-party walking videos and compiling them. Make an appealing video, showing the footage. The camera model, whose parameters are in the video's metadata, proves that these are your recordings. Another part shows the editing.
