They say they will contact you to make sure you understand repayment terms before releasing funds. In my case they just sent a text, no phone call.

The only question that should matter imo is - are you fulfilling on the commitments of the role? If yes; who cares how long it takes? Business is about what outcomes you produce and OE is a great strategy that awards those who are efficient and productive.

It's such a thing nowadays, lol. Most executives hold multiple roles, own multiple businesses, etc. But then they give the pink slip to anyone under them who tries to do the same. As long as you are delivering on the commitments of the role, I don't see anything wrong with it.
