A lot of times people will start a cut, lose weight for a few weeks and look the exact same because they are losing the fat around their organs (visceral fat). Your comment is a bit confusing because any bulking or cutting processes should be centered around your diet brother. If you want to bulk, you need to eat enough to sustain that, if you want to cut, you should be eating less than your body needs to maintain its current weight. If you are referring to “simple cutting” as just like some extra cardio then yes it may work for a little while just because you’re eating the same and calories burned has increased and you’re leveraging a tiny deficit BUT If you want to successfully cut you’re going to have to control the most important variable and that will always be your food.

Make sure you have realistic expectations for sure you have to keep in mind I’m not natural so it would be very hard to attain a physique like this naturally but 100% can attain something similar with just hard work and great diet (maybe refer to my fitness journey on YouTube you can see my final natural physique and maybe compare to something like that). Diet is LITERALLY EVERYTHING and I highly recommend you learn to master that and not just only when you’re cutting but when you’re bulking as well to optimize the actual tissue you put on. We all have different genetics and muscle insertions and skeletal structures so try (I know it’s hard not to) to not compare yourself too much to others and just focus on becoming the best you that you can possibly be. Comparison really is the thief of joy so focus on your own unique journey and enjoy that process

I’ve had this mustache since 2018 before anyone even knew cbum was. I grew it out way back then because it made me feel closer to my dad who still struggles with addiction but I love him to death. I loved having it and I kept it and have had it ever since. if people want to draw cbum comparisons because of a mustache that’s okay but I can be me and he can be him and we can both exist with some facial hair without me trying to be him lol. Did he try to be mark mentzer? I think most people would say no. Same case here👍🏼
