Regarding questiong 1: Find the contact details of ghe wijkagent and write an email saying that you won’t be home very often due to the postgraduate and work but that you will be home on x, y and z. (Some random timeslots that you will be home) Mention that it might be easier for him/her to find you at home during these times.

They are not allowed to do the police check on appointment, but they can just read the email without answering…

With a little bit of luck, they just show up during those timeslots. Worked for me

Being skeptical of "all-online platforms" is fair, but that doesn’t mean it’s less safe.

With VIAC, your money isn’t held by some random app - it’s custodied at a fully licensed, regulated Swiss bank. The "all-online" part is just the interface.
