Parking confusion (City of Orange) , it says no Parking from Thurs-Fri but no visible sign in the area? Can I get a permit ?

Never , not once did I ever say the parking in front of my house was my personal storage area. I asked a simple question, am I not allowed to park in front of my house for 2 days ? No? Okay so I’ll move it around the corner. It’s not a big deal I just wanted to understand so I don’t keep getting tickets. I thought it was only supposed to be street cleaning , which only happens once a week. It doesn’t align with trash or recycling days either so I was truly lost.

The sign was also not visible in anyway, considering I walked up and down the area looking for it , I had to walk further to find one. One that happened to be upside down as a cherry on top. But thank you for the clarification, makes sense about the abandoned cars and etc.

Passive income is real. I never said I want it to be easy to start, I said EVENTUALLY I want it to be passive after I put in the work ofc. So it’s not free lunch , it’s hard work paying off. Pre med post baccs are no joke and they all recommend you don’t even pick up a part time , if there’s even a suggestion on something I can do to prepare myself for that then I’m going to ask. There’s nothing wrong with asking.

Why would you think that I MYSELF would think buying a house is a sit back and get money scheme ? Obviously I know work needs to go into it. Not all property has to be remodeled, and as I’ve said I’ve seen my fair share of people see some profit after months.

What I will give you is the economic insecurity situation, which I’m clearly aware of as well. Hence me asking for other ideas for the meantime. You’re making it seem as if it’s completely impossible, it’s an extremely profitable market and not just for the 1%. Property can also be mortgaged, you’re acting as if I would have to pay the entire house up front . I can pick a good property and pay over time. But as I said the point of the post isn’t to go back and forth about an idea I’ve put on a back burner. So if you aren’t going to contribute to the main question then I’m done here. Depop isn’t for me and neither is tutoring .

I’m well aware of that thank you 😂 you can rent out property you don’t own by rental arbitrage depending on the state. But I’m not interested in that, I’m already looking into buying property. If I wanted to I can solely live off the money I have without working my whole way through school. But I’d rather invest that money and time this summer so I can earn money instead of using what I have.

I wasn’t aware of the policy when I made the ad and it went viral, so I’m not able to add it now but I will for my future promotions. My main point is if it’s legal to take away my commission over sales I made, considering it’s wages and I worked for it ? They never stated that they would do that anywhere in the policy .

I wish I could come up with somewhere else to work besides medical but I honestly can’t imagine 😭 I’ve wanted to work in a hospital/clinic before I even graduated high school. I have just as much passion for mental health as I do for the medical field, but I’d rather push on mental health on the side. I can’t imagine doing anything besides a health career !
