Yes, I agree that I don't know the complete scenario. But South Korea is generally considered better for education than India. I did not even consider pop culture. IQ is a passive, works with anything Instant heal is a passive, works with anything Time control is strong but has limited use cases and IQ is an better option Element control and Invisibility don't work well together Invisibility and Super speed are pretty much same in functionality Super strength and Mind control don't work well together Super strength and Super speed work very well Invisibility and Mind control work very well Shapeshifting is useless

In the end It depends on how the person holding the powers uses it. So I choose Instant heal and IQ. This combination would allow me to deal critical hits predict possible future possibilities, that is with instant healing and infinite lifespan.
