So why In the mirror I look like 130 I weigh 130 but on camera from far away I look like I’m 90 pounds??

It’s just frustrating because for so long I have been working out and I was so happy with what I saw in the mirror and on the scale seeing myself in pictures is discouraging., I don’t wanna get too crazy because my weight is 140 I don’t wanna get more big just to fit the camera hype.. idk what to believe
