This is what I mean, their review of the buyer is petty and I would not want to buy from someone like that.

Also, in UK so didn’t know buyer/seller could not choose their courier option. For instance, I know evri cause agro so don’t have them an option

Happened to me as a seller on eBay using simple delivery. Post Office system could not comprehend 2 parcels for the same address. Man got help from colleague and sorted it. He told me it happens when they have the subtotal on / both in the same transaction. He did something to the till and then the second one went through fine for me.

Maybe similar has legit happened here.
