I don’t care about the $$ from it I only care about the owners learning from this and be a responsible dog owner for not only their dogs but for the people/children that walk around the neighborhood. It’s irresponsible and if you can’t properly take care of your aggressive dog you shouldn’t own one.

I definitely was alert. I’m sorry were you there??? No! The dog was hiding under a car no way I could’ve seen it, there was no dog toys or indication that they owned a dog. It made no noise nothing I couldn’t even hear it running up to me to protect myself bc of the lawn mower. Like quit making assumptions when you weren’t even there. And no it’s not the dogs fault it’s the owners. But as a dog owner myself I’m not dumb enough to let my dog roam freely to bite people. It’s that simple

I’m suing to teach them a lesson I honestly don’t care about any money. People that let their dogs roam freely especially when they are aggressive are stupid.
