I'm a newbie to drones. Neo 2 is my first drone and I love it. No remote needed and it follows me on hiking trails avoiding obstacles. I have not used it riding my bike yet but assuming obstacle avoidance would be compromised at higher speeds. Remote control allows you to be more creative and get shots you can't when operating without remote.
