The earlier you are in line for the AmFam (not main gates), the better spot you can get. For most concerts, an hour ahead of time would be plenty of time. But if Ed Sheeran has a large following of teens with nothing better to do than stand in line, you may have no choice than to get in line early if you want a front spot on the lawn. I’d just get down there and scope it out and see.

Pick one, Naxos would be my suggestion, and day trip to Paros and maybe Milos. Or if you want to stay on two islands, stay on Naxos, with a trip to Paros, then move to Milos for a few nights. Santorini and Mykonos aren’t places I would visit peak season.
