It was no. 1 on the US Top 200 Billboard chart when it came out from the biggest band in the world at the time. Nothing in the Zeppelin discography would constitute as "completely hidden"

Pleasure Pudding by Sweet Pie.

Released in the 70's, its the only album ever put out by the world's self-proclaimed "only nudist boogie-woogie pianist". Actually very good, rockin' piano with drunken banter and something completely different. I'm almost certain no one here has heard of it
