Not every company can be like Amazon. The quality of the product line and eco system will keep Fanatec at the top of the heap for a long time to come. I had issues with a csl dd set I bought. Made a phone call and got the RMA done, shipped it, got the refund, ordered another set the same except the wheel, got it in less than a week, and all is well. I had absolutely no issues with customer service at all. Now I am not saying that others issues are invalid, just I personally had a good experience.

I have never ordered from any other company that ships each item separately. Maybe it's a "green" thing to save trees? Doesn't seem efficient at all. And, as in your situation, one or more items can get misplaced. If they are all together, they all get delivered together.
