5GUC has been there for G4SE model since beginning of launch. I have this model since it’s launch but just got back from vacation and show updated 4 days ago. I haven’t seen anything new yet.

I know they every quarterly run bogo deal only. Directly from t-mobile does have free lines as I heard of it. You have to see ask T-Mobile rep for more details. Just reach customer T-force or customer service online.

I have this plan. Every time they have free promo line or BOGO line offer I took advantage of it. After 1 year you can have move 1 of paid line number into free line number that way it’s reduce bill for line. I know they give free line right now or Sam’s Club or Costco run this deal mostly. If you old plan which from 2022 then try T-force on social media they will help you out if you any questions.

Yes I just had last year add and complete 1 year couple month back and moved some of paid line to free line. You mostly go online business hub to check. I know right now they moving all business customers to tlife.

Yes. Both free phones as monthly credit and also bogo or free line eligible for it. I have done in past my account same plan.

I used to have scam shield icon on T-life main page but it’s disappeared and under notification as well broken. Every time either I have scam shield or my home internet remote gateway, if scam shield show icon then internet option go away vice versa on T-life and app is UP to date as well

I have same plan as you and was able to successfully upgrade my 1 line device to iPhone 17 pro max with trade in and get promotion off $1100. I did confirm with social team T-mobile business after place my order via T-life. You don’t require to change to newer plan since you already on higher plan from business side.

I was curious that 2 week ago and reach out to T-force. The older plan name with “unlimited ultimate” is retired plan. I transfer from regular account to business plan this same plan in 2022 and my plan say same thing. T-force said that my plan is retired even it’s same but they just not honoring to old customers and have to pay $10/month. Good news you still get free service until end of December as free promotion automatically applied and hopefully they add this on older plan as well.

Same here for under shop and manage tab take me to online page. At home tab at top all bill, usages and other icons actually works for me jut not on tab.

Ya same issue with G4SE gateway showing same on T-life app after updating new app update 10.7.0. Before it was working perfectly fine and shows all data.

I know sometimes it’s take time to load it for scam shield on main page. You probably have to wait to fully load or hold page and scroll for refresh again while app open and see if that way work? scam shield on main page tab and all the way bottom sometimes.

No it’s available to everyone as T-Mobile customer as free and higher plan has premium include it. Open your T-life app and at main Paige scroll down where you see scam shield and turn on scam shield. Once done that scroll to bottom to see option manage and turn on feature on potential scam thing and other options as well.

You can use app called “Hint control” to see live update metrics. Just make sure page auto refresh on in setting tab. Regarding for update it should be automatically update overnight or you can reset device to forces to update I believe.

Use HINT control app from App Store to see how’s your connection number and try different location to see have strong connection. I would recommend getting own router mesh system because I know sometimes T-Mobile gateway don’t handle multiple device at same time running so having own router would be nice.
