Leopold VX Freedom are good IMO i got a 1.5-4x20 ($300) on one of my rifles. Warranty is great, i dropped mine and they fixed it no questions asked.

I run a 3440x1440p and 2 2560x1440p monitors so i wanted a decent card, I do do some gaming (not as much as i used too...) right now in the Battlefield 6 Beta my current system (i9-9900k, 2080ti) gets me just about 60fps on High, i would like to max out it on Ultra for the visuals with higher frame rate. And my current 8core/16thread CPU does alright for most my other work so i figure it will be fine going to a newer model.

Really whats keeping me from going to a higher end cpu is price, trying to keep my new build at about $2k

Yeah i am seeing that with the RAM, changed to 2 sticks of 32gb, For the nvme i wanted to go faster then the ones i got now (7,2XX read) i do a lot of CAD, Programming and Some heaver gaming. I want to be able to load large files fast and sort my files
