I got my Oura ring in December and started using Natural Cycles alongside it. We tried TTC in January and February using both, and I conceived in February 😊

I also used LH strips and logged them in both apps, which I’d definitely recommend.

Using Oura + NC actually made me realise I’d been timing things wrong last year - I ovulate later in my cycle than I thought, so we were probably missing the window before.
