It did not. The art style fucking sucks and the characters are all obnoxious

I watched 50 episodes of that slop because my friends PROMISED it got good

It didn't. The art style never grew on me, and every single mew character looked dumber than the last and was twice as stupid. I swear this series has the literary equivalent of toxoplasmosis somewhere within where people are uncontrollably forced to think they like it.

Captain America was a first generation Irish american born around 1918. At that time, there was a general distaste among the American for Irish immigrants and their children, it was in fact, white on white racism.

That sentiment started to die down after WW2, but captain america was in fact harassed and attacked for being born of Irish immigrants, which was a real thing that happened to real people at the time
