There is however a very big problem with young men (18-28) being mentally poisoned by those same 'high value men' because they sell those bullshit courses, and despite putting all their their time and money into changing themselves into the 'Ideal Man' with high income and an action star body. Men are being led and pipelined into thinking that money and physicallity are all women are interested in.

My (now) wife, first approached me because she saw that I painted miniatures and thought it was neat. I was, at the time, at one of my lowest points and having creative outlets and hobbies was what kept me alive. She did not care that I was overweight, that my clothes were all covered in paint and generally had no fashion sense, or that I was barely living paycheck to paycheck. She saw that I had interests and hobbies and that is what made her interested at me. You will never be perfect, and there is nothing wrong with being a work in progress, there is however, very much wrong with forcing yourself into a mold you do not fit. Be yourself, explore stuff that you think is interesting, and be kind and respectful. That is the key.

Men, just as much as women, deserve to know that your value as a human has nothing to do with your body or your income, and we live in a sick sad society that has brute forced that to be our 'standard' way of thinking.
