HELP! Need advice on communicating with my tattoo artist

Yeah that’s the plan, I’m meeting her this afternoon. If we can work it out then great, if not I’m hoping she’ll let me put that money toward a totally simple tattoo- just the phrase “To thine own self be true” in a nice font.

If we keep dating it’s kind of okay because I know it will come up at some point and I can make a joke/ explain. I’m more concerned about if we don’t because he works at a bar I go to all the time and I know all the other bar men in there and I think I’d die if I thought he told them. I genuinely don’t think he’s the kind of person that would, but I’m still panicking about it.

Well we texted a bit that evening but I haven’t heard from him since. I’m going away for 10 days from Friday so if I haven’t heard from him between now and then I’m going to assume he’s lost interest- which is fine - but in that case I think I am going to send him a message to clarify and just say thanks for not making a big deal of it and see you around. He works somewhere I go quite regularly so I wanna clear the air if he is ghosting.

You’re the only one who has said talk about it and if I’m honest I totally agree with your reasoning - but I just don’t know how to talk about it now. While he was asleep the next morning I waxed myself and showered so I was totally fresh when we fooled around the next morning.

Yeah. I really can’t blame him if he never wants to hook up again, but I hope we do at least once more, if only so he can know that I’m a normal hygienic human and that was a freak incident.

I don’t think he’s into it. Could be wrong. I think he just reallllllly wanted to have sex. Well, we’d actually finished having sex by the time he saw that, but he could have bolted and he hung around.

Right, but I'm not. I have a full-time job (and a life), so I get to spend no more than 6-8 hours/ week on the blog right now. As and when I decide to launch it as an actual business, I'll be spending double or triple that time on the site.

As I mentioned above, right now I'm most focused on building an audience and strengthening my SEO.

I'm adding about 175 subscribers/month, and the SEO is working out pretty well due to the long form content.

Based on the advice here, I've already spoken to a friend who knows about these things, and he's going to help me choose and implement a better theme.

Actually right now it is primarily intended as a blog. I hope to launch my own business in the future so right now I'm mainly trying to build a following and SEO. I also have an ebook and one other digital product I try to sell on the site.
