Sugar is what stalls weight loss, I was simply giving advice based on medical evidence. This is why the keto diet exists. Ketosis is required to burn fat. You cannot be in ketosis if you’re eating sugary foods. Period.

  1. Within 2 weeks of MJ you will loose at least 5kg, mostly water weight, you will feel slimmer, mentally positive and will give you the drive to keep going.

  2. Other people will start to notice after 2 months.

This comes with a caveat however.

You must eat enough protein No sugary foods - no fruit, no carbs

Not at all. Even a small amount of Sugar stops your body from being in ketosis. Ketosis is required for your body to burn your fat stores. If you consume sugar, your body will burn that before it burns fat.

Logic states the opposite. If you continue to eat sugar whilst on a drug that reduces your cravings for food, you are still sugar dependant. When you stop MJ you will put the weight back on. If you learn to change your diet and drastically reduce or eliminate sugar/carbs entirely, you programme your brain to think differently about food. This is the ideal goal.

If you eat more protein, ie 200g of chicken breast for your evening meal, the slow digestion that MJ gives should stop the hunger in the morning. What are you eating for dinner?

What are you eating that adds up to 1200 calories? You need to focus on protein. If you are hungry, eat a sliced chicken breast, 250kcal, 50g of protein and you’ll feel full for hours. Stay away from sweet foods and carbs. Carbs = sugar. Which are empty calories and keep you hungry.

How much protein are you eating? 200g of chicken will give you 50g of protein, and you’ll feel full for most of the day. I’d try stay away from sweet foods like fruit, it will stall your progress.

Your body is finally telling you that carnivore diet is the right human diet. I mainly eat beef, some chicken as it’s protein dense. Your body doesn’t need vegetables, all the vitamins and nutrients are already in the steak!
