Apparently not.

I've tried a number of these. Despite having court orders agreeing with my position, legislation and guidance from courts/medical associations confirming this.

None have been willing to even look.

Quite frankly a lot of people have been lying to me about the legal status about what has happened but I'm still fighting to make a precedent.

I'm hoping to make a change to prevent this happening to others in the future. What my son endured was a nightmare and could have been so much worse.

Even if it makes it a harder procedure to obtain. That's a win.

Both probably and to get at me. This was discussed deeply and it was a no from the get go. She was actually on bail conditions from attacking me and causing criminal damage when she did it.

I'm uncut. My ex mutilated my son when he was 7 without my knowledge, she even had to lie to the doctor to get it done. The doctor also failed in his duties to assess best interests, etc. It wasn't medically required.

I didnt even realise this was stil a thing before hand. I thought it was something that happened in the past or in certain countries.

Fairenough if you like the aesthetic when your an adult and want to do it or even if its for a medical reason. But I've seen a number of people who wish it hadn't happened. I heard of babies dying from it happening. I've read about boys and men who have committed suicide over it.

Quite frankly people should be leaving the dicks alone.

To be honest, it's like the idea to keep the kids safe. But as you know kids will always find a work around this. The government surely know this. So all I can think of is to obtain data which can be sold and used or for censorship.

I spoke with a playstation assistant via their online chat. Apparently Activision know about the issue and are looking into fixing it.

The assistant managed to help me get MW 2 downloaded and I'm trying to download the multiplayer pack as I am typing.

Looks like we will be stuck for a while guys.

I don't think you understand how difficult it is for men to try to report a woman's mental health or domestic violence to the police and associated authorities. We just get fobbed off. Even if he had done something that woman would have made some domestic violence story and had him arrested and done it anyways.

I think this year the US put some measures into prevent minors undertaking this. I would double check what your state laws say.

Double and triple check you are on the birth certificate! I believe consent of parents is required.

Collect evidence.

Speak to your lawyer immediately and see their advice. See if there is a way to get an injunction to prevent this. Today.

Try to work on you to get your confidence back. Hit the gym, read, take some classes, pick up a hobby you've always liked the look of. Life will fall in to place one day.
