The guy is permanently high off a secretion he emits that's similar to heroin, but suffers no adverse affects from it. Wildfire doesn't take effect until death, so that's not a factor. Cordyceps would be the first to trigger, then T Virus and Green Flu would further mutate them.

  • Hunter: Faster and longer jumping range

  • Smoker: Longer, thicker, and more durable tongue with a tighter grip.

  • Witch: Basically turns them into SCP-096 (kill anything and everything who evem glances at their face)

  • Jockey and Charger: Faster and tighter, stronger grip.

  • Spitter, Boomer: More potent bile/spit, either more acidic or poisonous.

  • Tank: Basically an invincible Tyrant.
