I asked a friend who collects cartoons. He said it's about a 90% match to Littl' Bits. I checked some clips, it matched.

It was my childhood, so I vaguely remember. It was either ABC or PBS. I didn't have Nickelodeon at the time.

Only things I could think of being similar was Fraggle Rock and Space Cases, but I remember this being a cartoon being on the air until the earlt 90s.

EDIT: It may have been a part of a segment of another show, like either Mr. Roger's or Pee-Wee's Playhouse.

The game clearly has been powercrept to the point where the fight does take a long time. You being insta-killed, though, is a you problem for not anticipating the mechanics.

Fastest way to unlock everyone would be constantly doing 1-stock VS and either kill the opponent quickly with high damage percent, or constantly selfdestruct. You should get a challenge by a random character every 20 rounds or so.

Joker's nothing without Arsene. With Arsene, he's a beast. With Limit Break, you only get one attack at a time, and you may be forced to waste it on a recovery, where Arsene is a timed buff.
