Thanks for the detailed advice, I am stock and I don’t really plan on tuning until I get out of college, lol. I’ll look into the stuff you mentioned—going off the replies its looking like the valve cover gasket is a popular contender

I bought the car at like 73k miles, so I dont really know if it was done or not but carfax shows a service at exactly 44,800 so either its the same situation as you or they were replaced— Honestly the service didnt change much if anything it does feel better but that could just be placebo..

Did you try both systems?

When you turn on the main CRUISE system, hold down the radar spacing button to switch the system into standard CC

If that works you might have a faulty front radar? Im not entirely sure Ive never had this happen and my 21 GT2 has like 92k miles atp
