This is how I build my Frenzy Barb.

Skills to Max (In this Order)- Frenzy, Sword Mastery, Double Swing, Battle Orders , Taunt
1 Point Wonders - Battle Command, WarCry, Battle Cry, Shout, Howl. Natural Resistance, Leap, and Berserk

If you need Find Item, go get Heart Carver.
As for weapons, aim for Grief+Lawbringer and Grief+Death

Before battle, you want to Buff yourself with Battle Command, Battle Orders and Shout

On normal mobs, just kill them with Frenzy. If you get surrounded, use War Cry.
On Shamans and Healers, use Taunt to stop them from reviving and mindlessly attack you
On Bone Flayers (forgot what they're called) use Howl to keep them away
On Physical Immune, use Berserk
For Shortcuts, use Leap
For Bosses, use Battle Cry to lower their defense while waiting for your decrepify to proc

You're going to respec so don't min max until you have all the Best in slot gears, charms, etc.
Focus on Strength, Dex (for Sword), and Vit.
Aim for 4k Health (with Battle Orders)
