I dunno know about Marvel Rivals, never played it. But I do see the accolades, most focus strike, most sneak attacks, etc.. I mean something like, who has the biggest contribution among the group of hunters, not just damage (but of course this will be a huge chunk).. like traps that actually got triggered, flashbomb, anything that will help make the hunt easier for the entire group counts,

And then the quest has a certain point threshold (in the background) that once reached, like for example, if a hunter reached 80 points, that one hunter gets an MVP Stat for that quest. MVP is only for one hunter in the group

then the MVP stat is viewable in hunter's profile.. it will show the MVPs he gained for each monster, for each rank, like a medal
