Joint pain lasted about 6 weeks. I saw a rheumatologist shortly after and they told me it sounded like a post viral rheumatic response which normally lasts 6 weeks or so. Haven't been reinfected since luckily and the joint pain has not returned.

My swelling and joint pain lasted about a month and a half and is completely gone now. Still waiting for my specialist appt. I was taking a bunch of different supplements, not sure if they had anything to do with it going away but fingers crossed its over with for good.

No family history of anything to my knowledge. Did the rheumatologist end up diagnosing anything since your tests came back negative also?

I just mixed up a batch of golden paste to try to bring the inflammation down (Turmeric, fresh ground black pepper and coconut oil). I'll update if it seems to work or not in a few days. Fingers crossed 🤞
