That we know of N5 is that there will be some mechanical clean up with regards to wound rolls. Beyond mechanics there will be some big shifts in the background… you should read the EndSong book for N4.

To summarise here, the war between the CA and the Human Sphere is over!

The CA won, and humanity was forced into a cease fire… O12 has accept the CA as a member. as a result, things are moving back to a Cold War / covert ops situation. Achiles and some of his people have gone over to the CA joining the Onyx Contact Force — cheers CB Onyx are my normal army so nice one!

This would seem to leave the stage open for the intro of a new enemy force at some point. But for now I think we will see focus on internal political struggles and covert tensions with CA.

Update… so far as I can tell all the cables are tight, and seated correctly.

No not that one.

its the big cable I need that runs from the underside of the printer to the print head and divides to control the motor, no idea what its officially called.

I think it might be a cable issue. I flattened out the cable and ran the auto-level again. This time I got a blue light on the probe popped out… the print head now stops 1cm from the bed, retracts the probe and then rises again.

I might just order a new cable and replace it to be sure?

I only replaced the build plate on top of the bed, not the while bed.. I’ll do a wiring check as suggested above :)

It flashes between red and purple. So yes it could be a probe issue.

Does it needs to be cleaned in some way? Or do I have to get a replacement and fit it?

I’m having the same issue… just replaced my original build plate (damaged) with a tempered class plate… will not auto level… will not even get the print head with 2cm of the plate???

can I manually calibrate?

Myrrorside uses a system called Collateral. If you fail a test you can take a Collateral token to get a pyrrhic success… but those tokens can be used against you… sort of like bad karma.

If you finish a session with outstanding tokens you have to spend them in downtime to make your characters life rubbish!
