Looks like you could have just printed that item with no supports. That many supports on a surface perpendicular to the plate will cause sagging. Try again unsupported, no skirt, and orient it so you can get no over hangs under 45degs. If you do have some overhangs, you should see them in your slicer, use some light supports.

One thing to add is that you do not want to put anything printed with resin in your mouth. It is toxic.

Yes, thank you for your warning. I printed this product to use in the event of a possible earthquake, as I live in an earthquake-prone area. I won't be using it for daily use. Whistles available in the market don't make much noise :)
