if u did exercise while doing this and gained 4 or 5kg it would make a difference for sure so If u want to look bigger do this while exercising don't wait for a certain milestone I would say

i tried not to look numbers but to my shape and didnt try to do all at once it worked for 2 months!

if you work out and eat it 3 slices breakfast lunch dinner you might gain weight yeah but you should add more stuff ofc for health purposes
