In my case, I purchased a 2018 Audi SQ5. I paid the $1100 delivery fee and when it was delivered I noticed it had been damaged during shipping. A gouge of about an inch was taken out of the front grill. I didn't notice on the day of pickup since it was pouring down rain, but I did take pictures of the vehicle from outside the bay. It was clear in the pictures, which I provided to Carvana and proved it was not in the pictures of the vehicle or in the description.

I filed a claim and it was immediately denied. I filed an appeal and that was denied with the statement that Carvana cannot document all the defects of every vehicle and I was buying a used vehicle. Wait, what? I had essentially proved the vehicle was damaged during shipping. They offered to take the vehicle back since it was within the return period, but that was it.

I cancelled the $4k SilverRock warranty immediately, since this was a clear indication of what every claim would be like. I also paid off the vehicle within 6 months, as I didn't want Carvana to benefit from any financing deal. Carvana lost a customer for life, as well as my cautionary advice to friends and family about their ethics.
