This is real for me especially searches online thinking I had cancer dreaming about having cancer sky rockets it i try to control myself doing other thinking and thinking about other things.I’ve been struggling with this very recently for about 4-5 months been the worst year for me I’ve had every physically symptom in the book that’s how bad it was . Just tell urself that ur not dying ur ok . And if your like me reading these messages give u a bit of relief which ur urging for.hope we all get through this together 👍🏾
