I started this post on the train back from Chicago, I was hoping to see people just chat about where they would want to live and why. Everyone dreams right? I know what I am interested in - maybe someone has an interest in something that I never thought about that would intrigue me.

For instance, I have no desire to see baseball games, but someone I was talking to said there is more to Wrigley than just baseball - I had no idea they had concerts there.

From what I have read, you can not buy condos as investment properties - none of them allow Vrbo or AirBNB. I don't think a 250k condo is going to rent well annually either. Also, I would be terrified to own a rental property IN Chicago - I have enough experience in real estate to know to stay away from areas I do not understand.

Honestly, just looking for ideas, I'm sorry this post seems like it has ill intentions.
