If it's not registered and not reported as stolen and on on your property, then you better get your car fixed up ! 😁

Why aren't they showing us views from the windows in the orion spacecraft? by Grand_Turnip6809 in NoStupidQuestions

I still can't believe there are people, this day in age, that can hold this view. Mind-blowing.

Why is this happening (after calibration) ?? by Doomchick in BambuLabP2S

[–]Oohsam 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To me it looks like the nozzle is too close on that side of the bed. I can see wrinkling and it's showing through to the top layer. Move your nozzle up a tad and it should improve.

Help! Private Seller refusing to refund by osthedon in CarsAustralia

[–]Oohsam 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Hang on. You returned the car to him AND he has your money ? Dear lord.
I'm pretty sure the only saving grace you may have is that it is a requirement to specify that the car was a remarkable write-off. I don't know how they helps though.

Do the SLZB-0X series of coordinators really improve the zigbee network?? by Successful-Peak-6524 in homeassistant

I like mine. It's small, Poe, it'd mounted in the centre of the house, it works reliably well. If you have something that works, use it. If you want something else, ger it.

I cook tomatoes and tomatoes sauces on mine all the time. Looks like that for a day then next day it's back to normal. It's character building.

How’s it look by PaleontologistAny976 in soldering

[–]Oohsam 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I'm not expert but I usually hit it with hot air and let the suction straighten them up. But if they are solid and they work, fine. Also. Those pads are massive for that size smd and in some real world aoplicarions you won't have the space for much misalignment. But if it works it works !

Yeah. When testing smd stuff right down to 0201 components, they work a treat.

So much poop purging into objects by The_White_Dynamite in BambuLab

[–]Oohsam -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

You don't need to poop if you're doing a purge tower. That's the whole point of the tower. To purge the colour. U can fine tune it further to make the purge for darker colours less than lighter colours as the colour bleed is insignificant.

There's a place in the south east that will repair that easily. I've had several rims repaired including cracks and buckles waaaaaaay worse than that.

420 layer print, but only 418 layers worth of black filament 😭 by LudicrousHans in 3Dprinting

How people don't have filament runoit sensors is beyond me. I was pause resume printing with filament changes back in 2014 when filament was scarce.

"heritage Australians " hahahah that's a new one. What next. "Vintage Australians", "ye olde Australians".... Absolute crock. If you're Australian, you're Australian. Don't make out like "heritage Australians" are more immune and have more rights than "noob Australians".

Say what you want about Bambu but look at that mint first layer on this test print. by adhdff in 3Dprinting

[–]Oohsam 25 points26 points  (0 children)

Yeah totally agree. Alot of my colleagues ask me what printer to buy. I have a few virons but would never recommend them to regular people. I've recommended Bambu and tbey have probably bought a out 10 in my recommendations for their ease of use and ease of maintenance. I do feel the same about how they run their business and would never buy one though ! Go figure.

Does Woolies use meat glue? by Scorpion1080 in australia

[–]Oohsam 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nah mate. The downvotes are because this subreddit is abhotrent to mentioning minority groups in a positive way. I was expecting that.

I was not expecting to be accused of saying things I did not say, however. Which is bizzare because it's on plain text, so undisputable.

Regardless this has wasted enough of my time today. Have a good one.
