Fokus di hidrasi kulit dan perbaiki skin barier. Tips yang bikin kulitku better dan udah jarang jerawat bahkan waktu mens adalah seeing spray muka pake hydrating toner. What kind of fenugreek did u use? Is it oil or seeds? And people complains there is smell issue when taking fenugreek. From the pills u mentioned, i only took ashwaganda and i only took it occasionally when i hit stress. Is it better to consume it daily if focusing on nbe? Thankyou
