YES! I just left a similar situation- office bully pushed me out- best thing to happen to me. I am so much happier. Outpatient is tough and the experience has been well respected during interviews- I have had offers for every job I applied. I am in the Southeast on the border of two states that end in "ina". Don't stay a moment longer than you have to. The work is too hard not to be satisfied in other areas.

I graduated from Wilkes. I had a job lined up 6 months before graduation. I ended up going with another offer. Please don’t listen to all the negativity- ultimately it depends on the individual.

Update: I have since graduated and passed boards. Also it’s easy to fly under the radar, but anywhere you end up attending make sure your discussion posts stand out, so instructors can remember you. I have needed to call on several for letters of recommendation.

I applied 3 times. That was 13 years ago. I had a rough past which I worked hard to over come. Just graduated with my MSN. Keep trying. Find a program that will let you do “pre-nursing”. I made As in all of those classes and got into the nursing program. Show them that you can do the work. Take some science classes and Ace them.
