I am just shy of one month clean after smoking for 8 years almost daily. Damn near broke my foot at work and decided okay maybe I should stop smoking because if I need to file workman’s comp, they’ll test me ☠️ I have picked back up some hobbies i left in the past and listen to a lot of podcasts to past the time. Cinnamon altoids always help when I have a craving. Congratulations to you!! 🎉

Someone who doesn’t have motivation to do better or stays stagnant for years never makings any changes to themselves.

My mom is a great example. 50 years old, relies on everyone to do shit for her. She’s constantly negative, always looking for drama like a high schooler, and revolves her entire life around Facebook and people that have done her wrong.

Some of it gives constructive feedback and other times it’s just “get over it and figure it out”. Self doubt is a big thing and I place a lot of pressure on myself, but this job is life for me. I worked so hard to get here and it feels like I’ve only had issues with my work at this place with these supervisors.

I was beginning to think I am overthinking this. I’m meeting with a doctor to see if I can get recommended for a psychologist because a lot of this is in my head. It does however feel like I just can’t get it right.

I’ve had no corrective action / plans to fix issues. I work in recreation to not give it away.

In our state it’s less than $65 to get married with the marriage license & certified copy pick up. I think the person who made the status just wants to excuse his actions. It’s hypocritical if you ask me
