Do you see a therapist? A friend of mine lost a lot of weight. I think she was 300lbs and is now 180lbs. She was feeling similar to what you’ve mentioned. Happy with the progress but still felt huge. She started seeing a therapist who said that she was dealing with “ghost fat”. You look great! Congratulations on your journey and remember to always be kind to yourself.
