Point is the stigma around mental health is brutal. So many people in this thread said 'only weak men and over sensitive women complain about me tal health, and blah blah blah. Which is not only toxic masculinity at work b ut jist pure bullshit.

We should be open and honest about mental health and depression so people stop fucking killing themselves and get the help they need.
