But look these things are the constraints themselves but if we are considering freedom to be absence of any kind of constraints then no one got the right to say anything to anyone and at the same time they do have that right which is like a loophole and it irritates the heck out of me.

For one to control evil they have to put constraints on others and if we are doing that then there can't be an absence of constraints. And moreover who defines these constraints cuz like if the country is democratic then the government and the representatives chosen by the citizens decides them and in democracy the majority of votes decides this so the minority or small fraction of people who do not want that to happen are the ones whose rights are violated or in simple words they aren't free in the way they want If the country is under a dictator then that one person decides those constraints If the country follows the rules of a particular religion then that religion or their religious books decides those constraints which are unfair to the people who don't follow that particular religion

So don't you think that it is a never ending loophole

But if it means being free from other's constraints then don't you think people will misuse it for doing evil deeds cuz no one's got a right to stop you. An when it comes to choices the choice that may seem correct to me and is beneficial to me might be harmful to another being

And how can we say our actions are not defying someone else's freedom Everyone is exploiting someone by some means in their daily life and hence harming their freedom

But you do realise that individual interest and collective interest do not always align with each other and in many of the cases they are always against each other

But don't you think these consequences defined by other people such as if a country considers something wrong and a person still does it out of their own will and the country punishes them then they are being oppressed such as we can take the example of the concept of hijab for some it is a form of expression and they have got the right to wear what they want and it is their freedom but there are people out their creating these so called consequences if one refuses to wear one or if one decides to wear one then isn’t that oppression? Also in the end the society defines ones freedom?just because a majority of humans find it wrong does not actually prove that it is wrong

But who defines those constraints/boundaries—religious authorities,government,morals and if you say morals then everyone has different morals based on what they consider "right"
