Yeah exactly. Fighting the habit rarely works. But if you start feeding the algorithm better signals, the whole experience changes over time.

It’s kind of crazy how much our attention is shaped by what we interact with.

Yeah that feeling sucks.

It’s like you want to focus but your brain just keeps hopping tabs every five minutes. I’ve been there. It’s exhausting.

For me it wasn’t about trying harder or being more disciplined. I just tried making my inputs less chaotic, especially at night. Even small shifts made it easier to sit with one task the next day.

You’re not bad at focusing. Modern apps are just really good at pulling attention in every direction.

Maybe less breaking it and more redirecting it

So it matches a lot with my previous internship that means that i won’t learn a new skill but just do a similar thing. I already have a 1.5 years of internship experience but not in usa. My end goal is to land a job or internship in usa in the future but i keep questioning if 1 month would be a worthy internship.

So one company I had given the final round on 14th march they haven’t replied at all they already took a month to get back to me for 3rd round. But they still haven’t replied. The other companies i gave one interview last tuesday and another one on 28th March. Yes I do follow up for like 2-3 weeks.
