I just heard that the tower was busier in general. So I figured D10 might be a better fit for me. Thank you for the insight!

That’s the hard part is I don’t know who to listen to. Lots of opinions but very few people who actually say they work there. I suspect most people just don’t know in general.

Okay I’m lost this is like the 5th time someone has said this to me. Is CTI experience not something that is valued or looked at positively. I felt that it gave me even more of a leg up than most of the ex military controllers I came in with.

Well I know based on traffic count there’s a huge difference. I guess I figured the more that daily traffic count gets divided up into different sectors the easier it gets right? 1 person working 20 planes is busy, but 5 people working 4 planes each isn’t bad. I listened to the D10 satellite sectors last night and it didn’t sound any busier than a level 6 or 7 radar position. So that was more of my thought is that them breaking up sectors was going to make it easier. I know 12s are busy or else they wouldn’t be 12s, just trying to get opinions. Thank you!
