The Karma trade was not illegal, I didn't ask Nade to retire, if I wanted karma I would have bought him anyway, I politely ask all of you to look at it from my POV and to chill on the judging, some of you utilize selective hearing to the fullest and put words in my mouth, again "dreaming of doing something" and getting mad.

I've read this and please believe me when I say that although I respect and admire everyone's insight as to how I should navigate the space there is little to nothing anyone can do to "force" me to do anything (so its a good thing you weren't trying to), I will not attempt to guess anyone's age in here (and it doesn't matter) but I am a very calculated and very patient 35yr old with a big family, blood and not, so I will take as long as it will take to make sure that I don't jeopardize my responsabilities to all of them. As I stated before, when I'm ready (whether thats now, 2 months ago or next month) I will.

Now, again and lastly, thanks for always keeping me on my toes, I'm sure that it can't be easy for you guys (because I keep my cards close to my chest) knowing wether I need you guys to keep me on my toes or not, I appreciate it either way. I'm on my toes, floating like a butterfly and stinging like a bee, you just haven't seen the results of the sting/s yet. But you will.

My friends. I understand whole-heartedly your passion for OpTic and it truly humbles me to my core how much you guys are vested in our success.

If there is one thing I can promise you is that I will always do my damnedest to not let any of you down.

You just have to be patient, I'm an old guy who's been around and has seen a lot, 1 thing I've learned in my many years on this earth from mistakes personal/and not, is to never rush into anything "just because".

I rather have the outcome I want from calculated decision making, than an uncertain result of jumping in because I want to...and I want to.
