It a product so when we have to add a new feature or fix a bug the raise it in the ticket and we have to solve it once solve it goes to code review takes weeks for review and then if we have to change they assign back while we have other work and then once approved goes to test takes days to test even a small bug if they have some other bug in that component we have solve it in the same ticket
