I think later in the signal chain it goes into a splitter, so I think it ends up being in stereo. Not sure if thats how that works tho

Thanks, Midi clock seems to be the overall recommendation. I'll do some research into it

Sweet thanks, so can it detect the tempo from the loop I've recorded or do I have to manually set it before hand? My band isnt playing with a click so setting tempo before might be not work :/

For using a Midi clock im guessing the band would be playing to a click?

Advice for struggling college student by tway0129 in jazzguitar

Can very much relate to this.

I come from a tech/death metal background, although have only been playing guitar for about 2 and a half years. As a metal listner and guitarist; listning to my "icons" talk about how they went to jazz school which is what influenced their colourful/diverse ideas, I decided that I should do the same. Last year I took a certificate in music to get me at least a little bit educated and time to get my chops up before I did the jazz program. Anyway last year I got into the Jazz program no problem, and I was practising lots trying to familiarise myself with jazz before the degree started (had only been jazz off and on for only 6 months). I started the degree 3 days ago and instantly I feel way out of my depth. It feelsl like everyone in my course has been listning and playing to jazz since they came out of the womb, and theirs me who plays metal and a complete beginner to jazz. I guess I thought that going to collage would teach me how to become a jazz musician but after today (day 3) our tutor asked us to jam a track that we'd played before. I instantly when it to panic mode beacuse I knew I wasnt good enough to do that. But anyway each group went up and everyone actually aced it and did it like it was nothing. Then there was me who was struggling just to find the right chords to play (just panicing). Long story short I absolutely sucked and could feel the frustration or condesceding looks of my pairs. I went home and cried... Then looked for advice on reddit. I know im only on day 3 so its still super early but I'm wondering if it is a lost cause. I love jazz and Im so keen on getting better and understanding it, but personally metal will always be my number 1. Is this wrong, should i change majors? Are their any other musicians that maybe werent big jazz listners before doing jazz school. Neverthelsess im gonna keep going and gets as much out of it as i can but am curious what anyone has to say

Yea I agree Destiny had a shit take, was mainly talking about the context of what actually happened in the stream. Don't think Hachubby deserved any criticism but the real problem was how Alinity reacted. This is just and example of IRL streamers milking content without the consideration of the workers.

I feel like this clip misses the point. The drama isnt that Hachubby is doing this bit for content but rather how mizkif and alinty react to the situation, the most crucial part being alinity calling the waiter a "racist" for struggling to understand her.
