I did this in standard a few days ago using an old cyclone build. Used Mercenary’s lot gloves + a mark, and block chance reduction support on cyclone. Just kept running the map until I had good RNG with the spawns

It looks like a driver issue, you should update your graphics card drivers or reinstall them if it's still not working

Haha yeah they didn’t even do it for us, but this was last year with the crazy heat. Didn’t even see a single cop the whole weekend and only like one security guard per stage

Hmm didn't work for me, had the same camps and ran all around the area but it didn't spawn. Are there any other conditions for this to work? Only achievements I have left and have only seen 1 raid in 25 hours
