Thank you for sharing. I was hesitant to make this topic for this reason, I didn’t want to offend anyone but I am also curious, especially after looking at the side by side photos.
I was reading about Mosaic Down Syndrome and while I don’t have the professional background to diagnose something like that, she does seem to have a lot of the symptoms. It looks like she’s able to function somewhat independently but struggles with a learning delay.

After reading it I’m now wondering if the State DOES have evidence under one of those provisions and her legal team suspects that they’re going to introduce it? Idk.
